This Act is the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance (International Co-operation) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003. Section 113 is amended by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (e): (assistance to overseas regulators), as if— references in those sections to competition law were references to consumer credit law; and references in those sections to the Minister were references to the Minister of Consumer Affairs:
