This Act is the Family Violence (Amendments) Act . This Act comes into force on . However, the following provisions come into force on : (amendments to Bail Act 2000): (amendments to Crimes Act 1961): (amendments to Evidence Act 2006). This amends the Bail Act 2000 (the ).
