This Act is the Employment Relations (Probationary Period Repeal) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Employment Relations Act 2000. The purpose of this Act is to repeal the changes made to the principal Act by the Employment Relations Amendment Act 2008. The amendments made by sections 6 and 7 of this Act apply to employment agreements entered into only after the commencement of those sections. Section 67(1) is amended by inserting after .
