This Act is the Secondary Legislation Confirmation Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to confirm secondary legislation that, unless earlier confirmed by an Act of Parliament, will be— revoked at the applicable deadline under ; or taken after the applicable deadline to have been invalid for its past operation (because it has been revoked with effect before or on the deadline) under .
