This Act is the Aquaculture Legislation Amendment Act (No 3) . comes into force years after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 July 2011. This amends the Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004. Section 3(c) is amended by adding . Section 3 is amended by adding the following paragraph: to provide for transitional matters relating to amendments made in to the Fisheries Act 1996, Resource Management Act 1991, and Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004 to further reform the law relating to aquaculture, including the removal of requirements relating to aquaculture management areas.
