This Act is the Border (Customs, Excise, and Tariff) Processing Act . comes into force on . 30, and 31, Part 3 of Schedule 1, and Schedules 2 and 3 come into force on . come into force— on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent if the Tariff (AANZFTA) Amendment Act 2009 is in force on that day; or if the Tariff (AANZFTA) Amendment Act 2009 is not in force on that day, then immediately after the commencement of that Act. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This amends the Customs and Excise Act 1996.
