This Act is the Tariff Act 1988 Repeal Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. The Tariff Act 1988 (1988 No 155) is repealed. This section amends the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988. The definition of in section 3(1) is amended by omitting has the meaning given to it in section 2(1) of the Tariff Act 1988 and substituting includes loading into an aircraft; and to ship and cognate expressions have corresponding meanings .
