This Act is the COVID-19 Response (Further Management Measures) Legislation Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. Amend the Acts specified in of this Act as set out in those schedules. This provides processes for an entity affected by COVID-19— to, in some circumstances, use electronic means for doing things if its constitution or rules would otherwise prevent this; and to temporarily modify certain requirements or restrictions in its constitution or rules if it is not reasonably practicable to comply with them. The processes are in . This also provides, in ,— powers for responsible Registrars and Ministers to exempt classes of persons from certain provisions of specified enactments; and powers for the Chief Judge of the Māori Land
